1. Complete a one-time Application for Ministry online pior to beginning their work/service at www.austindiocese.org

Please register ahead of time so that adequate materials may be available.

The 3-hour Ethics and Integrity in Ministry (EIM) Basic Workshop is part of the diocesan EIM policies that were adopted in January 2002 and revised in August 2008. All clergy and paid staff, and all volunteers working with youth and vulnerable adults, at any parish or diocesan location, are required to complete a one-time Application for Ministry prior to beginning their work/service and attend an EIM workshop within 60 days of submitting the application. Please do not bring children to an EIM workshop.

EIM Refresher workshops are available if you have attended a previous workshop and data must be recorded in their eApps application. You can verify that by clicking on the EApps quick link on the left side of the diocesan website – www.austindiocese.org . This will take you to the eApps log in page. If you don’t recall your ID/password, you can use the alternate log in option noted there. Information about your application status, including workshop information, will be found when you log in. NOTE: applications are not to be resubmitted, but individuals can update their information if needed. Contact the EIM office at 512-949-2447 with any questions.

Beginning September 1, 2013, anyone needing an EIM workshop will sign up on-line through their EIM account. The sign up process is explained once you access your EIM account; please contact your parish or Catholic school EIM site administrator if you need assistance.
