All families must set up a FACTS Tuition Management Account. All St. Louis School tuition and Educational Resource Fee will be paid through FACTS.
*** Please note that if you had a FACTS account for the 2016-17 school year, you do not have to setup another account for 2017-18.
FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for St. Louis Catholic School for the upcoming 2017-2018 school year.
Returning families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by May 5, 2017.
New families applying for financial aid will need to complete all necessary paperwork, pay required registration fees and complete and submit FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment with the necessary supporting documentation.
Please note that financial aid applications will be processed in order that they are received.
Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:
- Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
- Copies of your 2016 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
- Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
*** Please note that tuition assistance is not available for PreK3 and PreK4
*** Please note that students must be registered and registration fee paid before being considered for any type of tuition assistance.
All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf format online.
Documentation can also be faxed to 866-315-9264 or mailed to the address below.
